American Eagle Concrete Services trucks are all equipped with a standard core drilling rig and a full complement of frequently used bit sizes. Our core drilling rigs are used to create a perfectly round opening of specified depth and at specified angle where necessary. This is very similar to a hole saw you may use for wood, however core drilled openings can be drilled at much larger diameters and depths.

At American Eagle most core drilling is done with 120V electric core drill rigs but we also carry 480 volt drills and a number of different size hydraulically powered drills for large bits or deep cores. American Eagle carries bits as large as 42” in diameter for use with our hydraulic core drill rigs. We can provide special order diameters when needed. Core drilling is frequently utilized for the following applications:
