Concrete Scanning
Concrete Scanning Services
American Eagle Concrete Services partnered with Hilti to train on the Hilti PS 1000 Xscan Concrete Scanner. Our trainees worked on a complex triple matted slab with 2 layers of rebar and a core of post-tension cables. We also trained on wall areas with live electrical conduit. One of the key areas of learning was how to transfer what we were seeing on the scanner into a digital presentation we could share with the client in addition to the standard onsite marking of the concrete.
Our scans provide real time view of the inside of the concrete structure and generates accurate images (+/- ½ inch vertically and horizontally) for direct on-site evaluation.
Our scanner displays a top view and cross sections of the scan in 2D and 3D for easy object mapping and multilayer identification.
